The Kaufman-Wills Group, LLC, was founded by Cara Kaufman and Alma Wills in January 2001. In January 2007, Cara and Alma welcomed Fred Fusting as Partner. Fred is a long-time Kaufman-Wills associate who brings a wealth of publishing knowledge to our clients, with particular depth and breadth in market research and analysis. Cara, Alma, and Fred remain the primary contacts for all client projects. When client projects require super specialization or ongoing management, we are fortunate to be able to draw on the talents of our other associates: Marjory Spraycar (expert in a wide range of publishing areas including editorial process improvement and management, peer review, and institutional licensing); Kevin Lomangino (a former publisher and professional medical writer); and Debbie Heise (specializing in rights and permissions).
